COVID-19 Message: As of March 22nd, 2020, UPS and USPS service level guarantees are not in effect due to the COVID pandemic. We will continue to process your order quickly and hand it off to UPS or US Postal Service, but cannot guarantee they will deliver your order within their normal service level even if expedited shipping is selected. We ship most products from Seattle, Washington (excludes drop-shipped items. See shipping details on those products). Please note that adverse weather and holidays can impact delivery times. Shipping cutoff is 10AM on Mondays and 12 noon Pacific Time Tuesday-Friday. To receive guaranteed delivery times use UPS ground, 3 day, 2nd day, or overnight for US orders. Please call us for assistance on time sensitive packages.

International Shipping
International orders are generally shipped with USPS International First Class or Priority which takes 6 to 10 business days. UPS international shipping is also available. Note that UPS will add on brokerage fees for all international shipments.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. Next Business Day Delivery as early as 8:00 a.m.

UPS Next Day Air Next Business Day Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

UPS Next Day Air Saver Next Business Day Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m.

UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. 2 Business Days Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

UPS 2nd Day Air 2 Business Days Delivery typically by end of day

UPS 3 Day Select 3 Business Days Delivery by end of day

Shipping by USPS
Priority mail delivery times from the USAPA Store warehouse:

USPS First Class Mail is often the least expensive method for shipping. It is limited to packages of 13 ounces or less, including packaging. First Class Mail does not provide tracking while Priority Mail does.
