We ship most products from Seattle, Washington (excludes drop-shipped items. See shipping details on those products). Please note that adverse weather and holidays can impact delivery times. Shipping cutoff is 10AM on Mondays and 12 noon Pacific Time Tuesday-Friday. To receive guaranteed delivery times use UPS ground, 3 day, 2nd day, or overnight for US orders. Please call us for assistance on time sensitive packages.
International orders are generally shipped with USPS International First Class or Priority which takes 6 to 10 business days. UPS international shipping is also available. Note that UPS will add on brokerage fees for all international shipments.

USPS First Class Mail is often the least expensive method for shipping. It is limited to packages of 13 ounces or less, including packaging. First Class Mail does not provide tracking while Priority Mail does.
