Our 100% Happy Return Policy
You can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% happy. We will refund your money or you may exchange for another item. We ask you to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. Please include your order number and name inside the package. We recommended sending your item by a traceable method. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.

This guarantee does not apply to products that have been personalized with a name or altered in any way.

SPECIAL POLICY FOR SHOE RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Customers may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to assess sizing and comfort. Shoes cannot be worn outdoors or in active play which causes any wear, discoloration, dirt, or scuffs. Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned unless they fall under the warranty policy.
Returned shoes must be in new condition. Shoes must include the original manufacturer’s box, packing tissue and tags. The original shoe box must be returned without any tape, labels, or other items degrading, altering, or damaging it. Eligible returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. A postage-paid return label to USAPAStore is included with every shoe purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our Return Policy for Defective Equipment
If within 60 days of purchase, the product is defective, we will send you a replacement product with a postage paid return label and ask you to send the defective product back to us. Please contact us prior to returning equipment to verify if it is still within the 60-day return period.
